Cancellations & Refunds

Keshav Enterprise believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 1–2 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
  • Keshav Enterprise does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.

Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 1–2 days of receiving the product.
  • The request will be entertained only after the merchant has checked and verified the claim at their end.
  • If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, the issue must be reported to customer service within 1–2 days of receipt.
  • The Customer Service Team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision accordingly.
  • For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.

Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by Keshav Enterprise, the refund amount will be processed within 6–8 working days to the end customer.
